Orders:

To place an order with BR-AMA VOGUE, simply browse through our collections of handwoven fabrics, ethnic wear, western wear, and customised outfits. Select the design or product you love, choose the size, colour, or fabric option (if applicable), and click on “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with all the details.

Since most of our outfits are customised, modifications are possible only within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact our support team as soon as possible to request changes.

Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details and order number.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email within a few hours, please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, kindly reach out to us through our Contact page or WhatsApp support, and we’ll assist you immediately.

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Since many of our products are customised, we won’t be able to cancel or refund orders once the production process has begun.

Shipping & Returns:

Processing time for customised outfits may take 3-7 business days, depending on the design. Once shipped, delivery timelines are:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic – India): 5-7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on location)

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping within India on orders above ₹2,000. International shipping charges vary depending on destination and weight.

Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor the delivery status in real-time.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the package has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address

Since most of our products are custom-made, returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items. Standard-size ready-to-wear items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused condition with original tags intact.

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

We accept the following secure payment options:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express)

  • UPI & Net Banking

  • Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay)

  • Cash on Delivery (available for selected pin codes in India)

Yes, absolutely. All transactions on BR-AMA VOGUE are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your payment details.

Currently, only one payment method can be used per order.

At present, we do not offer installment or EMI payment options. However, we’re working to introduce flexible payment plans soon.
